These monthly gatherings are a way of reconnecting to the passages of time by working with the rhythms of the moon and the natural world. Our goal is to return to a more earth based awareness of the passages of the sun, moon and seasons and how our needs, emotions, and energy levels will change and respond to the natural cycles happening around us.
Symbolically the dark / balsamic new moon represents beginnings, the opportunity to start afresh and decide what you want to bring into manifestation over the coming months. In this workshop Kate and Kirsteen will be working together leading you through a Kundalini Yoga Set focusing on setting you up for 2020, followed by a soothing Sound Bath using Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls & Chimes.
- Kundalini Yoga
- Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls
- Pranayama (Breathwork)
- Guided Meditations
- döTERRA Essential Oils
