Come and join our weekly Chanting and Meditation class. Many studies have been done on the health benefits of chanting, and combining this with meditation is the perfect way to start your weekend. This class is aimed at mothers who are looking for some much-needed headspace and a yoga practice with a friendly group of local mothers, whether you’re new to yoga or coming back to it postnatally. You’ll experience rejuvenating yoga to strengthen your body and calm your mind, with more restorative poses and relaxation at the end.
Chloe is a 200 hours registered Yoga Alliance teacher and a certified Birthlight Postnatal Yoga Teacher, and started Stretched Mums Yoga in 2016. She teaches yoga with an emphasis on breath awareness and being present in your body, and loves teaching mums in the amazing community of Crystal Palace. This Iyengar yoga class is for everyone who would like to try yoga, but doesn’t think it’s for them. Iyengar yoga is truly ‘yoga for all’. Through the use of props, focus on alignment and precise instructions, you will learn to truly inhabit your body, as it becomes gradually straighter, stronger and leaner. Poppy is a Level 2 Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, teaching in and around South East London. She got into yoga as a way to survive motherhood and has now found that yoga has got into her.

This pregnancy yoga class is suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. Yoga can help women enjoy their pregnancy with minimal discomfort, cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour. Yoga also offers you the opportunity to connect with your baby, and coming to classes is a great way to feel part of a community of pregnant women.

The class will give you the chance to connect to your breath, slow down, get out of your head and into your body! She will take you to new depths leaving you feeling empowered and filled with positive energy.
Liz teaches a dynamic, vinyasa based style following a well-balanced sequence structure. Liz trained with Dylan Ayaloo at Hot Power Yoga. Liz’s classes are suitable for all levels.

Gabrielle's yoga class is aimed to help you develop strength and fluidity, feel a healthy and natural alignment of your spine and whole body, and find more freedom and ease within yourself. Yoga enhances a deeper connection to the breath through practice. This generates an inner clarity and vital calm. These classes are open to all. Explore simple and also more complex poses, with attention on developing greater body awareness and finding lightness and space within your yoga practice. Gabrielle has trained in the Scaravelli Inspired approach and with Yoga Elder Sama Fabian. Gabrielle is our most experienced yoga teacher. Her classes are informed and inspired by many years involvement with Dance and Yoga, and as a craniosacral therapist.

Breathe, move and relax to birth. Having trained with LushTums, Cat’s class focuses on well being for the baby as well as preparing you for giving birth. You will keep fit, strong and flexible through appropriate movement and learn relaxation and breathing techniques to take you through to birth and beyond. The aim is to leave you floating out of the class ready for a peaceful nights sleep.
Pregnancy yoga is a great way to prepare mentally and physically for birth, to connect with your baby, and to meet other mums in the area. Cat is dedicated to supporting women on their journey to motherhood.

Pilates can be taught to all and may be tailored to the individual. It reconditions the fragile and the injured or challenges the fittest. Pilates helps us reconnect body and mind; to realign and keep us strong. Classes are dynamic and highly rewarding, sometimes incorporating small Pilates equipment. Dianes classes are mixed, with an enthusiastic male as well as female following.

Bringing together those who enjoy all things spiritual, Julie’s monthly Soul Circles and Reiki Shares will be a chance for those who want to expand their network of spiritual souls whilst practicing healing abilities, new and old.
Julie has worked within the holistic realm for several years now and is best known for her work with animals, in which she has shown her services and products at the largest Mind Body Spirit event in 2019. Her approach is one of light hearted and jocular nature which encourages all to feel welcome with no judgement to their level of experience or ability when it comes to working with the various divination tools.
Reiki share events are open to those from all levels of Reiki attunement, whilst the Soul Circles are open to everyone. Come and enjoy a Sunday morning with guided meditations and like-minded individuals.
