Cinzia’s classes are gentle and deep. Each yoga class incorporates postures (asana), chanting, deep relaxation, breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation that results in a profound experience of peace.
Cinzia first trained in Sivananda yoga and having explored yoga for 11 years with different teachers she feels most at home with Integral Yoga, following the teachings of Satchidananda. Each class is a moving meditation, using the breath to connect energetically whilst stretching to ease and limber the body and increase vitality, flexibility and strength.
