Wednesday Morning : 09.45-11.00 am
Gabrielle's yoga class is aimed to help you develop strength and fluidity, feel a healthy and natural alignment of your spine and whole body, and find more freedom and ease within yourself. Yoga enhances a deeper connection to the breath through practice. This generates an inner clarity and vital calm. These classes are open to all. Explore simple and also more complex poses, with attention on developing greater body awareness and finding lightness and space within your yoga practice. Gabrielle has trained in the Scaravelli Inspired approach and with Yoga Elder Sama Fabian. Gabrielle is our most experienced yoga teacher. Her classes are informed and inspired by many years involvement with Dance and Yoga, and as a craniosacral therapist.

Saturday Morning : 12.00-1.00 From Dec 2nd this class start time will change to 9.10am
In this class we will explore the connection between breath and movement, body and mind. Building strength, flexibility, balance and having fun! Be prepared for creative Sun Salutations, challenging asanas, pranayama and relaxation.
Marcela is a 500 hours Certified Yoga Alliance teacher. She studied in the Indian Himalayas, and has spent time with the Tibetan community in Dharamsala deepening her studies in Buddhism. Marcela believes that attention to alignment is key to a safe and beneficial Yoga practice.

Pilates can be taught to all and may be tailored to the individual. It reconditions the fragile and the injured or challenges the fittest. Pilates helps us reconnect body and mind; to realign and keep us strong.
Classes are dynamic and highly rewarding, sometimes incorporating small Pilates equipment. Dianes classes are mixed, with an enthusiastic male following.
Diane has been teaching Pilates since certifying in Body Control Pilates in 2005 and is a highly experienced teacher. She is qualified to teach to advanced matwork level as well as equipment based private sessions (reformer, chair, ladder barrel etc).

Liz is known for guiding students through a friendly energetic practice, her classes are challenging yet very accessible providing a nice balance of strength and playfulness. The class will give you the chance to connect to your breath, slow down, get out of your head and into your body! She will take you to new depths leaving you feeling empowered and filled with positive energy.
Liz teaches a dynamic, vinyasa based style following a well-balanced sequence structure. Liz trained with Dylan Ayaloo at Hot Power Yoga. Liz’s classes are suitable for all levels.

Yoga for Beginners: 19.30-20.30 Our first session will be on Wednesday 1st November, and the final session will be on Wednesday 13th December. Please note there will be no class on Wednesday 15th November.
This brand new 6 week course is a totally un-scary introduction to yoga, specifically for anyone who has always wanted to try it but didn’t think they were bendy enough. (Or thin enough, or young enough, or owned enough Lycra….etc.)
Together we’ll learn poses and practices to help you feel all kinds of brilliant. As well as the time we spend together every week, you’ll also be learning practical tools so that you can continue get acquainted with yoga when you’re off the mat too.

Tuesday Evenings : 18.30-19.30
This pregnancy yoga class is suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. Yoga can help women enjoy their pregnancy with minimal discomfort, cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour. Yoga also offers you the opportunity to connect with your baby, and coming to classes is a great way to feel part of a community of pregnant women.
Carla is a qualified pre and post-natal yoga teacher. She is passionate about yoga as the perfect way to grow stronger, more flexible and resilient, both on and off the mat. She has studied yoga for over 10 years and drawing from these various practices and her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, she creates a friendly, relaxed and welcoming class that will build strength, flexibility, and re-balance body and mind.

Meg went to her first yoga class over 15 years ago because she wanted arms like Madonna’s. She is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher and is the founder of Real Life Yoga; a movement to help people find ways to bring yoga into their real lives. She writes a monthly column for Om Yoga Magazine and still doesn’t have arms like Madonna.
