Wednesday Morning : 09.45-11.00 am
Gabrielle's yoga class is aimed to help you develop strength and fluidity, feel a healthy and natural alignment of your spine and whole body, and find more freedom and ease within yourself. Yoga enhances a deeper connection to the breath through practice. This generates an inner clarity and vital calm. These classes are open to all. Explore simple and also more complex poses, with attention on developing greater body awareness and finding lightness and space within your yoga practice. Gabrielle has trained in the Scaravelli Inspired approach and with Yoga Elder Sama Fabian. Gabrielle is our most experienced yoga teacher. Her classes are informed and inspired by many years involvement with Dance and Yoga, and as a craniosacral therapist.

Jess is a performer, personal trainer and fitness instructor. She has practiced Yoga for many years, her passion and love for yoga came from teaching stretch based classes and seeing how much people benefit. Physically, mentally and spiritually, Yoga can benefit everyone whether you are working around an injury or physical restriction, wanting to strengthen your body or you simply need time out of your busy, hectic life.
Jess' classes are flowing and dynamic giving you a physical challenge whilst also being relaxing, calming and fun! A relaxed mind is the key to furthering yourself in whatever you may do, classes are always a safe, no-pressure, happy environment. Beginners are always welcome and adaptations always given.

Saturday Morning : 9:00-10.15
Wake up your body and mind in this morning Akhanda yoga class. Inspired by a traditional and holistic approach to yoga, Raffaella's class will take you through a balanced sequence of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), chanting, meditation and relaxation. You will practice in a safe friendly environment and will leave feeling energized, relaxed and centred.
Raffaella practiced yoga for several years and tried different styles of yoga before embarking on a journey that would give her a deeper understanding of the origins of yoga and its power to bring harmony and balance to our daily lives. She trained between London and Rishikesh, India and is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher. She is looking forward to welcoming you on the mat and sharing her practice with you. Everyone welcome.

Pilates can be taught to all and may be tailored to the individual. It reconditions the fragile and the injured or challenges the fittest. Pilates helps us reconnect body and mind; to realign and keep us strong.
Classes are dynamic and highly rewarding, sometimes incorporating small Pilates equipment. Dianes classes are mixed, with an enthusiastic male following.
Diane has been teaching Pilates since certifying in Body Control Pilates in 2005 and is a highly experienced teacher. She is qualified to teach to advanced matwork level as well as equipment based private sessions (reformer, chair, ladder barrel etc).

Liz is known for guiding students through a friendly energetic practice, her classes are challenging yet very accessible providing a nice balance of strength and playfulness. The class will give you the chance to connect to your breath, slow down, get out of your head and into your body! She will take you to new depths leaving you feeling empowered and filled with positive energy.
Liz teaches a dynamic, vinyasa based style following a well-balanced sequence structure. Liz trained with Dylan Ayaloo at Hot Power Yoga. Liz’s classes are suitable for all levels.

Carmel has been teaching yoga for eight years, having trained with Dru yoga, which is a form of Hatha yoga.
The yoga Carmel teaches is gentle, with flowing movements and sequences that form a graceful and dynamic style. These calming and peaceful classes include movement, breath work and relaxation.
The classes are suitable for all abilities. They are designed to leave you feeling relaxed and will help you to reconnect with yourself.

Pregnancy Yoga Tuesday Morning : 9.45-10.45
Yoga in pregnancy is a beautiful way to bond with your unborn child, to relax your body and mind in preparation for birth and to help speed up the recovery process after birth. Michelle trained in Sivananda Yoga in 1997 and has been teaching Hatha yoga ever since. She began teaching pregnancy yoga early in her career. Having had four children herself, Michelle has found yoga to be a great gift in pregnancy. All levels welcome and please come at any stage of pregnancy.
Mother and Baby Yoga Tuesday Morning : 11.00-12.00
Continue to nurture a deep relationship with your newborn child and strengthen and enjoy your body post pregnancy. Please bring a mat or blanket for your baby to lie on.

This pregnancy yoga class is suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. Yoga can help women enjoy their pregnancy with minimal discomfort, cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour. Yoga also offers you the opportunity to connect with your baby, and coming to classes is a great way to feel part of a community of pregnant women.
Carla is a qualified pre and post-natal yoga teacher with a background in healthcare. She has studied yoga for 10 years, learning from several great teachers and traditions.
With her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, Carla draws from these various practices, to create a relaxed and welcoming class that will help improve flexibility and resilience both on and off the mat to help balance body and mind.

Meg went to her first yoga class over 15 years ago because she wanted arms like Madonna’s. She is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher and is the founder of Real Life Yoga; a movement to help people find ways to bring yoga into their real lives. She writes a monthly column for Om Yoga Magazine and still doesn’t have arms like Madonna.
